The 2-Year Plan is an expression of intentional
discipleship for TUMC. Everyone is encouraged to take
this plan to heart to foster a stronger, more focused
relationship with Jesus Christ. The framework for our
plan is as follows:
Read for yourself what the bible says we are:
• Ep 4: 22-24 Putting on the new self
• Ep 5: 1-2 Be imitators fo God; His plan for us
• 2 Tim 2:15 You are an approved worker
Read for yourself how we are to go into the world:
• Ro 12:2 Renewed; able to test God's will
• 1 Cor 2: 12-13 Holy Spirit powered
• Phil 4: 13 God is with us
Read for yourself what we have:
• 1 Cor 12: 7,11 Spiritual gifts; perfect match for each
• Ro 8:35-39 Love of Christ
• Mt 28: 18-20 Orders; Jesus is our teammate
