Just like this website - we at Theodore UMC are "under construction". We do not require our folks to dress up to come to family worship, and believe this is an appropriate metaphor for all who desire to live and be as Christ: coming as we are to be healed and remade in the image of the Triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).
So - if you have been hesitant about coming to worship, give us a trial run. It may surprise you to find that the gospel does not have to be compromised to be relevant to today's culture and tomorrow's worries. We do after all live in the midst of joy, heartache, and trauma - but having a Christ-centered focus changes everything. Have doubts about that? Come see us and find out!
